Bags!

Bags are my passion...I absolutely love designing them, coordinating the fabrics, trims and embellishments. I was fortunate to come across a bunch of fabric samples at my last place of employment that they were going to THROW out! So I said to myself, "what can I do with these?"....and that is how Easy Edges Studio was born. I have a closet full of designer fabric pieces about 26" x 26" each, all upholstery quality and weight. I have enjoyed the challenge of trying to use that all up, before I am forced to hit the clearence basements of Atlanta's endless fabric shops.

It is a very simple design, that has been surprisingly sucessful.




the Hand Bag was my next venture:

This bag is a little more complex and time consuming...but it is a great size bag. I sew a side interior pocket into it, with different size compartments for holding lipstick, pens, and cell phones, etc.
